This workbook began with my own desire to grow as a husband.

After hearing Pastor Jurgen say, “Your wife is a product of your husbandry,” I started thinking more seriously about the part I play in our marriage. My wife also challenged me to get clear about who I am, how I show up as a husband, and how I lead our family.

Husbandry Manifesto is a way to work through those questions and write a personal manifesto to live by as a husband.

It is designed for one-to-one discipleship and men’s groups, and can also be used on your own. The workbook is still in development and has been beta tested through several rounds of one-to-one discipleship.

I began this work because I wanted to grow in my own marriage. The manifesto gives that desire a form I can return to and live by.

One-to-one discipleship has been the setting for the workbook’s beta tests. It is also intended for men’s groups and individual use.
